Our Placement Services 

Our Placement Services offer a variety of school to work co-op for adult students.  If you are here, chances are you are considering such an arrangement for your company.  Many of the individuals/students who utilize our services for practical experience are sponsored by employers like you, insurance companies and case management firms.  The service has no cost or liability to you.  Many of our adult co-op students have recently trained in a private vocational or college/university course that is relevant to his or her career aspirations.  These people can contribute to your company's success.

Our intention and objective is a win-win solution for both you and our placement candidate.  This is an opportunity for you to have someone for a period of 2 to 12 weeks to complete a job within your company. We provide one to one on-site training and monitoring of our participants to integrate them fully into your company to ensure the demands of the job are met. We aim to work with you and our placement individuals to get the best out of this experience.   

In many cases, there is a no obligation to hire however, if you are happy with our placement, the placement individual is quite willing to listen to any offers. Our intention is to provide practical skills training placements which may lead to hire.  You will find that our placement people can contribute to your company's success.
